Pin-it
This application will provide you a homepage for quickly accessing your favorite sites. Google Chrome does provide this option but unfortunately it is limited to 10 websites only. Using Pin It you can practically store unlimited number of links for quick access.
Stack used
To build this application, I used Express: a back-end framework coupled with NodeJS for the server part, mongoDB for the NoSQL database part as well as the Mongoose connection driver. I also used Passport to handle the authentication part. Passeport works as an authentication middleware for NodeJS. Finally i used Pug as a templating engine, which works flawlessly with ExpressJS.
